Priestley’s are proud to share that Leeds United have been promoted and are now in the Premier League 2020/21.
Leeds have not been in the premiership since the season in 2003/04. It has taken 16 years to get back into the Premier League which is a huge achievement.

‘It’s still hard to put into words to explain, it’s something you can’t buy’
On Friday 17th July after the achievement was announced, hundreds of Leeds fans gathered at the football grounds on Elland Road to celebrate along with the players who stood at the stadium windows, singing chants with the fans.
There has also been a long term partnership announced that Adidas will become Leeds United’s official kit partner for the 2020/21 season. This is another great achievement for the club and the fans.
Leeds is the largest city in the county of West Yorkshire and has been named the best shopping destination in the UK. Leeds City Centre has 3.5 million square foot of retail floor space and five miles of shopping space.
How will Leeds United being promoted affect the property market in Leeds?
Sponsorship creates buzz, and buzz generates interest in the city. Leeds United being promoted to the premiership will create awareness of our beautiful City. This interest attracts a way of life and habitation for families, investors, and the next generation. When high demand for property arrives, rental and sale prices increase. Therefore, it is inevitable that Leeds house prices will increase directly due to the success of Leeds United.
