According to a major survey, Estate agents are the best at answering phones promptly. This is compared to companies such as doctors, banks, phone companies and legal firms.
Only 5% of the respondents said that estate agents are poor at answering the phones quickly. This compares with utility companies (33%), doctors (27%), banks (25%) and phone companies (21%).
Solicitors are the only business who came close with 6% of respondents saying they are poor at answering the phone promptly.
This is great for the Estate Agencies as 19% of people, who have to wait 45 minutes to get through, had given up. This results in less people viewing properties therefore less properties being sold or let.
