Day to day running of the property and small repairs are the responsibility of the tenant, however, we’re aware there will be times you require a maintenance professional.
For existing tenants, please call the maintenance manager to report your maintenance issue. If it is an emergency, our team will work hard to get someone to you as quickly as possible. We look to resolve all non-emergency maintenance issues within 10 days.
Once your job is reported, our expert maintenance team will liaise with our contractors as well as your landlord to get the job actioned as quickly as possible, keeping you updated throughout the process.
